AJO OLD TIME
FIDDLE CONTEST & SHOW
FIRST WEEKEND IN FEBRUARY ANNUALLY
This is a four-day event with “Old Time Fiddlers” from all over the Southwestern United States competing and playing at the historic Ajo Country Club in Ajo, Arizona.
You can camp for a fee with full hook-ups or dry camping available at the Country Club during the event and enjoy the Fiddlers all weekend. Play a little golf on a course built by the copper miners and watch the contests during the day, then enjoy the dances and shows at night. There is a bar and restaurant available at the club with special meals each day. If you prefer you can easily boondock on the thousands of acres of BLM land surrounding Ajo or stay in a local RV Park and explore our town. Either way this is a great way to spend the first weekend in February and enjoy Ajo’s history and weather. Meet your friends in Ajo and experience some of the best Fiddling in the southwest. We’ve been doing this here for 45 years!
